In production

Jon Pettit is in our studio setting up to create photographic reproductions of Heidi Jung's incredible and large scale drawings. Using strobe lights and a 4x5 camera, we are photographing her work to recreate it digitally. After we photograph the images, we then Drum Scan the 4x5 film to create high resolution and pristine files from which we print digitally.

Print of the day

We have just finished up printing and mounting Norman Broomhall's work 'Plead for Amy' . We printed his beautiful work on Hahnemuhle PhotoRag fine art paper and mounted it on Aluminum with a 1/4" inch reveal along the sides. You can see Norman's work at the upcoming show Down the Rabbit Hole at Hinderland Art Space on Friday March 25th. Other artists such as Susan R. Goldstein, Terri Bell, Timothy C. Flood, and more will be exhibiting.

Promo

Infinite Editions has been creating a couple of new promo videos! We have been shooting on my Nikon D90 (which is my best and trusted friend) I will be sure to keep you posted when the editing on good ol' Final Cut Pro is finished. We will be launching the videos on our site and on youtube.com

In the mean time however, I thought you would love to see a great image Ron Landucci (owner), Jon Pettit (image specialist) and I created using the strobe and a little technique :) Ron is in the Spray Room, varnishing MFA student, Chris Otten's thesis work. (which is amazing by the way)

Jump into the blogging world

Infinite Editions is jumping back into the world of blogging! My name is Candice Knutson and I am the creative director here at our studio, and your new blog contributor. I hope to keep you entertained with the goings on around the office and our current services. We really are a different than your average printing company. . . Our mission: Strive to work with fine artists and photographers to give them a completely custom experience. We also work hard to not have 'customer id numbers' and to get to know every one on a first name basis. Infinite Editions has some big things happening in the works! I hope that you subscribe to our feed or facebook (www.facebook.com/InfiniteEditionsDenver)
