"I've had the great fortune to work as a photographer for over thirty years. The thread that runs through all my work is a passion for the art and craft of photography, and the desire to celebrate the beauty and power of the human form.
My long term interests in landscape photography and photographing the nude were first joined in the series, Defining Eden, which explores the spiritual connection of the human and the natural world. Working with members of some of the most renowned dance companies both in the U.S. and abroad, my goal was to elicit a primal response to extraordinary locations. A new series working with bodypainting evolves this earlier work to focus on more iconic and mythological imagery.
More recently, I have been contacted by individuals for commissioned nude portraits of themselves, alone or with their partners.
